- Material: Band & Housing- low carbon steel as per IS specification is used for band and housing.
- Screw: Free cutting steel confirming to its standard grades is used for screw manufacturing.
- Housing holds screw firmly as housing & strip / band are spot welded together which withstands high pressure & stress.
- EPI Brand worm drive hose clips have rounded edges for no cuts on pipes/hoses.
- Each hose clip is punched with size & code no.
- EPI Hose clips are tested to avoid any manufacturing defect & to keep best quality standard.
- EPI Brand worm drive hose clips are zinc plated with yellow - passivation
EPI Brand Hose Clips are made of best quality CRCA steel with hex, screws with deep slot for use with spanner as well as screw-driver for free movement with minimum strain & full torque. Strip/Band is fully threaded for additional size adjustment, if required.
